Digital landscape closing event

The Athena Research Centre and the Academy of Athens are organising the closing event of the flagship H.F.R.I. project entitled “The emerging landscape of digital work practices in the Humanities in the context of the European projects DARIAH and CLARIN” or, in short, Digital Landscape. The event will take place on Wednesday 13 March 2024, 10:00-14:00, in the East Hall of the main building of the Academy of Athens, 28 Panepistimiou St., Athens.
The aim of the project was to analyse the current trends of digital working practices in the humanities in Greece, to support the consolidation of digital working practices by using the services of the national infrastructure APOLLONIS and to continue the cooperation with the European infrastructures DARIAH and CLARIN, for the benefit of the research communities in Greece and Europe.
The program of the event includes short presentations of the project’s main aims and results, and concludes with a round table discussion aimed at providing a comprehensive picture of the landscape of research infrastructures for the humanities and social sciences in Greece.
